All tickets are digital tickets sent to your email address. You can either show these on your mobile phone or print the tickets at home.

If tickets are available you can buy them on the door but the ticket price will increase slightly compared to the general sale. If all tickets are sold out we will not be able to sell on the door. The reasons… sorting out the seats accordingly and making sure we have enough staff on the bar to make everyone is refreshed quickly.

All tickets are to be bought through 3rd party website SeeTickets. This can happen on the door but you will need to buy them on your own phone.

We do not refund tickets.

We do not allow the resale of tickets. The main ticket purchaser will be asked for proof of ID when entering the venue.

Along with most venues and events, we want to make sure our eventgoers and staff are safe and legal. We accept valid passports and driving/provisional licenses. These have to be the physical card and cannot be photocopied or an image on a mobile phone.

No, you can come and go as you please. Doors will be open all night and as long as you show your wristband or stamp you will be allowed back into the venue.

Where possible we will choose venues that have wheelchair access. This will be stated on the venue information on the event page. Please read these carefully before purchasing tickets.

Where possible we will choose venues that have seated areas. This is subject to availability and is not reservable.

We are working with venues and license authorities to make sure all our events are safe for all that attend. Currently, all events are over 18.

Where 16 and 17 years olds can attend, see each individual event page as this can differ per venue.

ID has to be shown and we will have a wristband / stamp system to show the ages of event goers. Photo ID only. Provision licence, college or school ID card and citizen ID all accepted.

Hamilton Square, Conway Park and Birkenhead Central Merseyrail Stations are all within half a mile, or a 5-minute walk from Future Yard and Mollys Chambers.

It takes just 4 minutes to get from James Street in Liverpool to Hamilton Square Station. Birkenhead Bus Station is situated just round the corner on Grange Road, 0.2 miles away.

Buses and trains run frequently from all these locations, connecting us to New Brighton, West Kirby, Ellesmere Port, Liverpool city centre and Chester. The final train from Hamilton Square to Liverpool leaves at 11:53, and the 437 to Liverpool leaves Birkenhead Bus Station once every 20 minutes, with the final bus departing at 0:12 every night.

As of 08.12.23, there is a Night Bus, N1, running between Birkenhead and Liverpool every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. First departing from Birkenhead Bus Station at 1am, the bus leaves to Liverpool every hour, on the hour, until 5am.
