Wull; an explosive, versatile new band

Wull are an explosive, versatile new band formed in 2023. Influenced by the likes of Shame, The Strokes, Whipping Boy and The Prodigy, Wull capture the feel of modern guitar music while maintaining aspects of the music that raised them. Anthemic, melodic choruses paired with aching lyrics.

With radio support from Steve Lamacq (BBC Radio6 Music) Nels Hylton (BBC Radio1) Dave Monks (BBC Radio Merseyside) John Kennedy (RadioX) and SiriusXM over in the States, Wull are firmly establishing themselves as one to watch.

The name Wull derives from slang local to the band’s origin. To be a ‘Wool’ is to be someone from outside Liverpool. Though no members of Wull currently were born there. Liverpool is the home of the band.”
