“Dead Animals is the queer industrial project started by Ruby Roadkill. Her influences include 90s industrial music, modern electroclash and dark techno, fusing the rage of being trans in a hostile world with the radical optimism needed to survive within it. The Dead Animals live band consists of Georgio Onearmani on drums and Videocults on DJ decks and co-production. When performing solo, Dead Animals turns into an exploration of sensuality and sadism, utilising elements of kink to create a visual language of power play and trust.”
